Why was a WhatsApp message not sent?

Open Sent messages: each message shows its status (sent, read, failed) and the reason. Most often, the number is wrong or does not have WhatsApp.

Step by step

  1. Open Sent messages and filter on "Failed".
  2. Read the reason.
  3. Correct the number, then resend.
