A teacher is on leave: how do I replace their classes?

In short
Once the leave is approved, the « Sessions to cover » button lists their sessions during the leave. For each one, choose a substitute (only teachers available that day are offered) or cancel it; the substitute is paid for the session.

Step by step

  1. Approve the leave of the teacher.
  2. Click « Sessions to cover » on the line of the leave.
  3. Choose a substitute or « Cancel the session » for each session, then save.
